PC-01 Lviv

Вітання з Австралії.
У мене один львівський працює, але при завантаженні зависає, постійно прокручується "?SN" ... ніби застрягла клавіша [RETURN]
Я замінив клавіатуру на іншу львівську, і вона робить те саме, тому, можливо, проблема в головній платі.
Будь-які пропозиції? Дякую.

I have one Lviv working, however when it boots it is stuck with "?SN" scrolling constantly ... it's like the [RETURN] key is stuck.
I have swapped the keyboard with another Lviv and it does the same, so maybe issue is on the main board.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

видно что даже basic не грузится, видимо ошибка чтения ПЗУ.

Возможно, какой-то прогресс.
Я заметил, что выход O5 на D9 (декодер адреса A11/12/13) не работал. Итак заменил на 74LS138.
Теперь вообще нет загрузочного экрана - так что все еще проблема с ПЗУ... если я не усугубил ситуацию

Maybe some progress.
I noticed that output O5 on D9 (A11/12/13 address decoder) wasn't working. So replaced with 74LS138.
Now no boot screen at all - so still ROM problem ... if I haven't made things worse
