is there a simple pc program/emulator to play these game on

Hi Guys, im half ukranian and have spent quite some time in lviv because my mum is from there and i have relatives there.
Today i found out about the lvivpc accidentally and would really like to emulate it on my pc and play its games, is there a program/emulator that can load the .lvl/.sav files so i can play them on
my pc

If you just want to play the games, an emulator is definitely the easiest option. I'm curious if there's one that supports both the .lvl and .sav formats without extra setup, kind of like how nulls brawl is easy to jump into once everything is configured.
